Danone

The challenge:
Danone wanted to foster meaningful connections among colleagues and approached MD Services to help facilitate a tailor-made compliment card service that would require minimal in-house resources and time.
The solution:
MD Services designed and built a Danone compliment card website that made it easy for employees to select a card, personalize it and send it ‘free of charge’ to a colleague. We also take care of the logistical side of things which means that we manage all the orders and produce and send the ordered cards. The result? We have sent over 6000 cards to date!

Cisco Netherlands annually hosts the Cisco Partner Award ceremony at their Amsterdam office. They entrusted MD Services to organize an unforgettable award ceremony that not only honors the Cisco partners but also celebrates their achievements.
The solution:
Our proven track record in organizing events stood us in good stead to get straight down to business. We quickly confirmed the goals and objectives Cisco Netherlands had and established the event road map that was needed to meet them. We handled every aspect of the event from conceptualization, branding, venue staging and the production of the awards. Cisco Spaces wanted to take advantage of their presence at Cisco Live EMEA to also contribute towards their sustainability goals by creating awareness of the ever-decreasing bee population and the importance of taking action to improve their numbers.

MD Services zoomed right in and helped Cisco Spaces create an amazing bee experience that not only captured the attendees attention but also aligned with their commitment to a healthy environment.
We reimagined traditional promotional products. Instead of disposable, single-use items, we sourced and customized sustainable Bee Revival Kits and Bee Hotels that were available during Cisco Live EMEA. To further reduce environmental impact, we prioritized digital engagement and created a campaign website, bee quiz and social media campaign thereby extending the live ‘unBEElievable’ experience to the web.
